Since June 2025, all of Ireland is a Rent Pressure Zone (RPZ). This means every landlord must follow the RPZ rules when setting a new rent or reviewing an existing tenancy.自2025年6月起，全爱尔兰均为租金压力区（RPZ）。这意味着所有房东在设定新租金或审查现有租约时均须遵守RPZ规则。
The maximum rent increase in an RPZ is the lower of HICP (Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices) or 2% per annum, calculated from the date of the last rent review. Key rules landlords must follow:房东须遵守的主要规则：
• You may only review rent once every 12 months per tenancy.
• You must give 90 days' written notice of a rent increase (since January 2022).
• Notice must state the new rent, the date it takes effect, and the RPZ calculation method used.
• You must register new rent with the RTB within 1 month of it taking effect.
• Setting rent above the RPZ limit is an RTB offence — tenants can refer to RTB dispute resolution.• 每个租约每12个月只能审查一次租金。
